VetConnect PLUS application resources

VetConnect PLUS uses MyIDEXX Single Sign‑On (SSO) to login. The legacy VetConnect PLUS username and password option will be retired starting July 15, 2026.  

By signing in with MyIDEXX, you will enjoy:  

• One login for all IDEXX applications
• Easy self‑service password resets 
• Enhanced security with modern authentication 

How do I create a MyIDEXX account? 

You’ll need to create a MyIDEXX account to access VetConnect PLUS. Setup takes less than 5 minutes:  

Click on this link: my.idexx.com and select → ‘Register now’ to get started.  

You’ll need: 

• A valid email address 
• Your IDEXX Billing Account Number (SAP). You can find this stated on your invoice or the VetConnect PLUS preferences page (click the gear icon) 
• Your billing postal code 

What can I access with MyIDEXX? 

After signing in, you’ll see your MyIDEXX dashboard where you can move easily between: 

• VetConnect PLUS 
• IDEXX Online Orders 
• Learning Center 
• IDEXX 360* 
• Monthly billing and annual pricing* 

*Access to billing, pricing, and program details is limited to practice administrators. 
 

If you are using MyIDEXX single sign-on to log into VetConnect PLUS, you can reset your password at anytime on the MyIDEXX login page by selecting "Forgot your password?" You no longer need to call customer support to reset your password.   

If you are still using a VetConnect PLUS legacy login and forgot your password, please use this as an opportunity to get setup with MyIDEXX as the legacy login will be retired in July 2026.  

If you’re new to VetConnect PLUS, you’ll need to be set up by Customer Support or your Internal Sales Representative. If you already have VetConnect PLUS, you can simply link it to your new MyIDEXX account.
