Hamilton Headquarters

After many months of planning the Hamilton Headquarters in now operational.

We are delighted to inform you that we have successfully moved to our purpose-built New Zealand Headquarters and Laboratory at 20A Maui Street, Pukete, Hamilton. 

We have been occupying the new premise for over a month and are loving the new facilities, and how the efficiencies allow us to better service our customers. 

Planning for the move has been ongoing for 18 months, with significant investment in a new and purpose-built headquarters with modern facilities for all our staff, and a brand new state-of-the-art laboratory that cements IDEXX’s long term commitment to New Zealand. 

The move to the new Hamilton Headquarters has enabled us to develop a number of exciting innovations and additions to our services in New Zealand that will enhance our customer service and support, which include;

  • An in-Country Customer Relations Centre.
  • Modern meeting facilities for client education events and seminars.
  • A brand new phone system enabling faster first call response.
  • Modernised workflows to enable shorter and more reliable turn-around times.
