IDEXX New Zealand is excited to introduce as the Business Manager Sales (Veterinary Diagnostics) Justine Hughes.

In this newly created role the Business Manager Sales Veterinary Diagnostics focus is to lead the New Zealand Account Managers, work alongside our newly appointed Regional Laboratory Operations Manager and Customer Relations Supervisor to ensure that we strengthen the relationships with existing customers while embarking on and developing new ones. The role is integral to ensuring we continue to meet our customers’ needs as well as exceed their expectations across all touchpoints of the business. It exemplifies IDEXX New Zealand's commitment to the region and our valued customers which Justine will be working closely with.

Justine brings her passion for leadership, sales and strategic client management along with 20 years of experience in managing sales, sales teams and large group accounts in the veterinary and pet retail sectors. She brings with her an eagerness for helping New Zealand vets deliver higher standards of care in a profitable business and will be an important asset to our customers now and into the future. 

Justine started her veterinary career with the New Zealand Police dog training centre, has worked in wildlife veterinary practice, veterinary distribution, veterinary pharmaceuticals and veterinary retail. During this time, Justine has helped build successful and profitable businesses through her continued focus on enabling the success of her teams. Justine is excited to be embarking on the next stage of her career assisting clients new and existingto grow their businesses with clear differentiating strategies in the veterinary diagnostic field.
