Introducing Rowan Galloway your new IDEXX Water & Livestock and Poultry Account Manager.

Based in Hamilton, Rowan’s background is in business management and operations most recently within the Dairy Industry. Living rurally a stone’s throw from the Waikato River and enjoying everything the Waikato offers in terms of outdoor pursuits and activities. 

Rowan has been with IDEXX coming up to 3 months now and has taken the time to undertake an extensive business induction and now has begun making contact with the businesses that have a partnership with IDEXX through their work in the water sector.

“It has been an interesting time to start a new role with the implications on life and business that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to bear. I have not yet had a chance to even visit the IDEXX office and like many of you have endured the trials and tribulations of video meetings.”

As restrictions have eased Rowan will begin meeting clients face to face and building out these relationships to help support the water, livestock and polutry clients. He will also begin sharing detials on some exciting new initiatives in the pipeline including the launch of an e-commerce platform and an educational platform to assist your business and employees in the understanding and use of IDEXX technologies.
